Position Purpose: Exemplifies and ensures strong customer service in all aspects Directs and controls the operation of the Starbucks kiosk to achieve sales and profit objectives.
As a primary contact for customers, the Starbucks Department Manager provides friendly, courteous, and helpful service. The Starbucks Department Manager is held accountable for the department’s results in providing Follows division guidelines for the implementation of the merchandising program. · Replace stock in preparation area from supply area.
