Runnings is hiring a Night Department Manager to lead merchandising, inventory and sales in an assigned retail department while delivering high customer service. Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 Depending on experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Direct and coordinate the merchandising of assigned products. 2. Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise within the assigned department. 3. Ensure adequate inventory in all areas of assigned department. 4. Assist customers with purchases. 5. Work closely with Retail Buyer(s) to ensure awareness of assigned department product needs and other product information. 6. Assist with the training and direction provided to new department team members. 7. Ensure that safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers.

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
1. High School Diploma preferred 2. Customer Service training and or experience preferred.
