Otter Tail Power Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead energy supply generation projects through the full project lifecycle, from development through construction and final handoff to Operations & Maintenance. engineering deliverables while ensuring successful generation project execution. Positions are posted at the Project Manager I and Project Manager II levels, Manage projects through development, permitting, regulatory filings, Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk throughout the lifecycle. * Develop and manage contracts and vendor relationships. * Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company requirements. * Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, accounting, legal, and regulatory teams. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field.

Project Manager I: 2+ years of project management or related experience.

Project Manager II: 5+ years of project management experience with complex projects.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
