You will run pre-set appointments generated by our in-house marketing engine, conduct thorough home comfort assessments, and close premium HVAC system sales. Our top advisors earn well above six figures — and they do it by building trust, not pressure. WHAT YOU’LL DO Conduct in-home and on-site comfort consultations for residential and light commercial customers Perform whole-home load calculations and system assessments to recommend right-sized equipment Present customized HVAC solutions, including equipment upgrades, indoor air quality products, and maintenance agreements Guide customers through financing options with confidence and transparency Follow up with unsold leads and past customers to nurture long-term relationships Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Service Titan or similar) for every appointment and interaction Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and referral partner meetings Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can translate technical knowledge into simple, compelling conversations.
