IT Support Specialist - Remote

Our manufacturing facilities located in Clackamas, OR, Vancouver, WA, and Rock Hill, SC allow us to serve diverse markets such as Agriculture, Industrial, Municipal, Rental, and Mining.

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team on site in Nashville, TN supporting our Tennessee-based subsidiary as a Cornell employee. position is 100% on-site with consistent office hours. reliable support to keep our technology running smoothly.

Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00-$25.00 (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm

As the IT Support Specialist, you will ensure smooth computer operations so end prioritizing, documenting, and resolving help requests using diagnostic tools and providing hands-on, in-person desktop support.

Manage and document support requests through the IT ticketing system. * Respond to end-user inquiries via phone and email with professionalism. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools and online resources. * Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and antivirus, and Knowledge of computer hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices). * Experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems. * Skilled in supporting applications like Microsoft Office, antivirus, Adobe, CAD, and scanner software. * An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems, 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a Equivalent work experience or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) will also be considered.
