A well-established luxury automotive dealership in the Columbia market is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department. Responsibilities - Service Manager:

  • Lead, train, and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Manage daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CSI, productivity, and revenue
  • Foster strong customer relationships and handle escalated concerns with professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and dealership policies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on goals, strategies, and long-term growth

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Manager:

  • Service Management experience at a franchise dealership
  • Lead by example and bring out the best in your team
  • Know how to balance efficiency with quality and customer care
  • Understand flat rate systems, workflow management, and technician motivation
  • Are confident with DMS tools (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) and OEM platforms
  • Communicate clearly and handle challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
