GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Machine Operator. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX. Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Follows all plant policies and practices to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost objectives are met.
  • Performs various quality checks and assist in the cleaning and change-over of equipment.
  • Maintains an accurate inventory through activities such as: proper reporting of material usage, minimizing waste, and ensuring that measuring devices are properly calibrated.
  • Ensures good housekeeping of all work areas.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork and/or data entry to support job tasks.
  • Complies with all company policies.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience working in production operations, some manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Good attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role
  • Bending, lifting, stooping, and standing greater than 50% of the time
  • Repetitive motion demands
  • Hands/wrist/shoulder.
  • Ability to lift up-to 60 pounds as needed.

Work Environment/Environmental Conditions:

  • Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals, fumes, and gases
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
  • Walking surfaces: Outdoor areas ramps and rough/uneven terrain

Practices safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and GEO-specific Health and Safety expectations.
