Responsible for leading all business development, community engagement, and marketing strategy activities for the credit union. The Marketing & Business Development Manager focuses on building and maintaining external relationships to support membership growth, while overseeing marketing operations, staff coordination, and execution of outreach initiatives. Develop and execute strategies to grow membership through business partnerships and community outreach Conduct regular business development activities including cold calling, relationship building, and follow-up with prospective and existing business partners Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, Chamber of Commerce, nonprofits, and local businesses Represent the credit union at community events, networking functions, and sponsorship opportunities Promote payroll deduction programs, share growth, and loan opportunities through business partnerships Oversee and coordinate all charitable giving and community sponsorship initiatives Marketing & Brand Coordination

Oversee overall marketing strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging across all locations and channels Coordinate advertising efforts, promotions, and member outreach campaigns Manage branch marketing presence including signage, electronic displays, and in-branch messaging Oversee production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency Work with vendors and external partners for printing, advertising, and promotional materials Manage ordering of promotional items, giveaways, and outreach materials Event Planning & Credit Union Representation

Plan and oversee credit union events including onsite signups, anniversaries, grand openings, annual meeting, and planning sessions Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, decorations, invitations, and giveaways within budget guidelines Support HR and Training departments with employee events and engagement activities Ensure successful execution of member-facing and staff-facing events that enhance engagement and visibility Leadership & Administrative Oversight

Provide direction and oversight to marketing and outreach activities and staff involved in execution Coordinate workload and priorities for marketing-related initiatives and community engagement efforts Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing planning and execution across departments Prepare marketing and business development reports for Board of Directors meetings Attend and assist in preparation for Board meetings, planning sessions, and key organizational events Operational Support

Ensure timely distribution of branch supplies and marketing materials Coordinate courier services between branches when needed Oversee updates to brochures, printed materials, and digital communications in collaboration with internal teams and vendors Review and approve proofs for all externally printed materials Manage content updates for electronic signage and internal communication systems
