Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Texas Occupational Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care settings preferred. Candidate must be comfortable treating both skilled nursing and Part B outpatient therapy populations. Productivity target of 90% is required by the client. Ability to manage a caseload averaging 8–12 residents per day as typical for this role. Willingness to wear navy blue scrubs while on assignment. New graduates will be considered if eager to learn; preferred that new grads have SNF experience during Level II Fieldwork.
