Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland physical therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Current documentation of immunizations and background screening as required by facility policy.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with rehabilitation for post-acute and geriatric populations preferred. Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.
Assignment Details
Shift schedule: Days, 0830-1630. Workweek: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift. 30-minute meal break.
