Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with patient mobility training, fall prevention programs, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred. Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
