Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Clinical experience treating older adults with post-operative care, orthopedic conditions, and chronic disease management preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation in a skilled nursing environment preferred.

Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Shift pattern: 5x8. Start date: ASAP. Assignment length: 13 weeks.
