Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum experience providing therapy in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with treatment of geriatric populations, restorative nursing programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to perform standard PT interventions for mobility, balance, transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL training.
