Position Summary

Join a skilled nursing facility in Palm Harbor, FL as a Physical Therapist. Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to help patients recover function and manage chronic conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to document patient progress and ensure continuity of care. A licensed clinician will be expected to follow facility policies, maintain timely documentation, and deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Demonstrated competency with therapeutic modalities, gait training, and restorative nursing programs preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 08:30 to 16:30. Work schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
