Production Technical Specialist (Video) role supporting enhanced mid-level live events in a hospitality environment for Encore Global, a major event production and AV services company. You’ll handle setup, operation, and breakdown of advanced AV gear while delivering strong customer service and supporting the wider operations team.

Customer Service

• Provides mentorship and coaching to technical, sales and operations team Event Supervision
• Performs advanced work (pre/during/post event) with operations team members.
• Equipment Maintenance
• Assists team with proper security, storage, inventory, transportation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Performs inventory and forecasting of equipment needs.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• 3+ years of event technology experience with specialty in Audio, Lighting, Projection, or Video is required
• 3-4 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and Internal applicants must meet/complete all training and certification requirements as determined by Encore’s Global Learning Training Program in their customer base and senior level management.
