Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, process-oriented, and client-focused Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our collaborative team. This individual will play a critical role in driving successful client onboarding, managing internal and client-facing projects, and improving the systems, processes, and tools that support scalable project delivery across Sentinel Blue.

Serve as a project lead for internal and client-facing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on client onboarding and service implementation.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications from kickoff through completion.
Act as a client-facing point of contact during onboarding and project delivery, ensuring clients understand expectations, timelines, responsibilities, and next steps.
Build, refine, and maintain project templates within our project management platform to support repeatable delivery across common project types.
Improve project management workflows, documentation standards, intake processes, and project governance practices.
Identify inefficiencies in current project delivery processes and design practical, scalable solutions to address them.
Develop and improve processes for resourcing, forecasting, workload visibility, and capacity planning across project teams.
Partner with technical and operational leaders to align project schedules with team availability, skill sets, priorities, and business needs.
Track project health, risks, blockers, budget considerations, and resource constraints, escalating issues when appropriate.
Create clear reporting and visibility for leadership around project status, upcoming demand, team capacity, and delivery risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are assigned, understood, tracked, and completed on time.
Support continuous improvement of Sentinel Blue’s project management function, including standards, tools, metrics, and best practices.
Help ensure a positive client experience by maintaining organized communication, proactive follow-up, and clear accountability throughout each project.
Translate operational feedback into actionable improvements for project delivery, onboarding, and internal processes.
3-7+ years of project management experience, preferably in an MSP, MSSP, cybersecurity, IT services, professional services, or technology environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously.
Experience building or improving project management processes, workflows, templates, or operational standards.
Strong understanding of project planning, resource coordination, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and execute process improvements from concept through implementation.
