Minimum Requirements
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Michigan SLP license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with adult dysphagia assessment and treatment preferred. Ability to complete documentation in electronic medical records required. Client requires split assignment between facilities in Kalamazoo, MI and Hastings, MI; candidate must be willing to travel between sites as part of the assignment.
