Senior Mechanical Engineering Recruiter

Own full-cycle recruiting across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering roles Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs Collaborate closely with hiring teams, providing consistent communication and support Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate pipelines ~4+ years of experience recruiting for mechanical, electrical, or hardware engineering roles ~ Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and grow into a strong strategic partner ~ Willingness to learn and develop deeper technical recruiting expertise ~ At 1X your work and results will be rewarded with a total rewards package consisting of a base salary, stock options and benefits.
