Opportunity for civil engineering or mechnical degree qualified engineering candidate to join the Northamptonshire based design department of an international construction

company that has offices throughout the world and has been established for many years. You will use your sstructural engineering understanding to come up with scheme designs using bespoke construction/ structural engineering equipment that are used in termporary works design in some of the largest projects in the UK. Initially you will be taught to understand engineering drawings from clients, then create solutions of how best to build the structure using their extensive range of engineering equipment. You will then be involved in draughting construction drawings and liaising with the warehouse in order to ensure the correct equipment gets delivered to site. This is an interesting opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone who has recently completed engineering orientated higher education to join the construction engineering market. You will get the chance to experience design, estimation, project management and get the opportunity to go to site to see your design in practic. You will have studied a related discipline like civil engineering / structural engineering

/ mechanical engineering / and also have learnt some autocad and how to read engineering drawings. Understanding of statics and dynamics engineering would be highly desirable There are opportunities for an immediate start for the successful candidate.
