Mach Energetics is seeking a Property Specialist to support the administration, control, and compliance of government and customer-owned property across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining an effective property management system that supports operational execution while ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations and contractual requirements.
Administer and maintain compliance of the company’s Property Control System in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable government property regulations.
Manage lifecycle tracking of government and customer-owned property from acquisition through disposition.
Maintain property records, documentation, and reporting requirements to support audits, reviews, and contract compliance.
Coordinate physical inventory activities and reconcile inventory results to ensure accountability and accuracy.
Support contractor self-assessments and government reviews of property management systems.
Develop and improve property administration procedures, policies, and internal controls.
Investigate and report lost, damaged, or destroyed property in accordance with approved procedures.
Track property movement, transfers, utilization, and changes in ownership or accountability
Coordinate subcontractor and vendor property control reviews alongside purchasing and subcontract teams.
Support internal and external audits related to government property compliance.
Assist with office operations, administrative coordination, and related operational support activities as required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and government property administration requirements.
S. security clearance.
Experience supporting government property management systems or regulated compliance environments.
Experience supporting audits, inventory reconciliation, or compliance reviews.
Familiarity with contractor self-assessments and government property audits.
S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
