Lead the transformation and migration of HR data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance. * Develop and execute processes for data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation during ERP implementation. * Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support business Partner with IT and the HR team to enhance data collection processes and Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process for HR and business leaders. * Ensure ongoing data governance, quality monitoring, and compliance with HR data policies and standards. * Train HR team members and end‑users on new data/reporting tools and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Operations.
