Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in wood products, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Tech to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Tech, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the smooth operation of production machinery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Tech

Location

Hartselle, Alabama

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

  • Perform routine scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical systems using a variety of tools
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and lock-out/tag-out procedures
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with troubleshooting skills
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to safely operate hydraulic, pneumatic, and small hand tools
  • Willingness to learn how to use measuring equipment with high accuracy
