Princeton Property Management is seeking a high-performing Leasing Agent to join our team for an exciting lease-up at Grand Vista Apartments.

You will help bring this property to life by building occupancy, creating buzz, and delivering an exceptional resident experience from day one.

Schedule: Thursday–Tuesday | 40 hours per week Pay: $24.00 to $26.00/hour/DOE + excellent bonus potential

What You’ll Bring:

Proven leasing experience with a strong sales mindset Experience in lease-ups or high-traffic communities is a plus Yardi experience preferred Confident communicator who can build rapport and close the sale Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-moving environment Flexible and ready to meet the demands of a high-energy lease-up

Minimum Requirements:
