This onsite Medical Recruiter role at Yrefy LLC (a private fintech helping borrowers refinance student loans) will run full-cycle recruitment to support rapid growth, mainly for student loan operations roles. You'll build pipelines, manage high-volume interview scheduling, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The recruiter is responsible to manage the full-cycle recruitment process with a customer service spirit, build strong candidate pipelines, and provide exceptional candidate experiences. Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, to optimize job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and tracking candidates. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and management. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop ideal candidate profiles, schedule a high volume of interviews, understand team needs, and align recruiting strategies. Greet candidates for in-person interviews and provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Make approved offers to top candidates who align with our culture, required skill set, and understand our network and endorsements. Initiate background checks and escalate any issues to HR leadership. Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes. Support employer branding initiatives and help drive talent pool engagement on social platforms and at occasional recruitment events. Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership. Attend all meetings and training courses as required. 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment. ~ Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Experience working with ATS platforms. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. ~ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
