Responsibilities

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services Restores function and helps prevent disability Treats patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders Performs all duties in accordance with Physical Therapy and hospital policies Complies with state and federal regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. 2. Current state Physical Therapy license. 3. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 4. Minimum one (1) year of experience required. Equal Employment Opportunity:
