What You’ll Do Own the full escrow process from open to close with accuracy and efficiency Serve as the central point of contact, keeping all parties aligned and informed Manage escrow accounts, documents, and funds in strict compliance with terms and regulations Review titles, mortgages, and closing requirements to ensure clean, timely transactions Prepare settlement statements and closing packages with precision Deliver a seamless closing experience through proactive communication and problem-solving What You’ll Bring 2-4 years of escrow experience (Escrow Assistant experience welcomed) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions at once Confident decision-making and a sharp eye for detail Clear, professional communication with a client-first mindset Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented, with a willingness to collaborate and support others Required state licensing/certification High school diploma or equivalent Why Join Us Be part of a high-energy, collaborative North County team that enjoys winning together Join a growing branch with strong leadership and real momentum Make a meaningful impact helping clients close on their homes Work with best-in-class tools, technology, and support to perform at your best Pay Range: $26.88 - $35.83 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
