Recruiter - Skilled Trades Staffing

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades Staffing Recruiter to join our team! We are looking for recruiters with prior high-volume experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles within the construction industry (electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters, etc.). For this role, we are not considering candidates with only on-demand manufacturing, light industrial, hospitality, healthcare, IT, and/or tech staffing backgrounds. This role is high-volume recruiting specific to skilled trades roles within the construction industry.

Location

Austin, TX Salary Range: $50,000-65,000 (depending on experience) Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
