Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Blender Operator to join their team. As a Blender Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Safely set-up and operate various types of machines and specialized equipment to optimize production output.
- Continuously fill mixer hopper by emptying 50 pound bags of product
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot routine malfunctions to ensure high-quality goods are produced.
- Accurately maintain records and documentation as required, notifying supervisors of any unusual problems or safety issues.
- Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety, ensuring compliance with all operational protocols.

- Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions.
