Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Blender Operator to join their team. As a Blender Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Blender Operator

Location

Blue Earth, MN; Hours 10:30pm -7:00am

Pay Range: $20.93 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Safely set-up and operate various types of machines and specialized equipment to optimize production output.
  • Continuously fill mixer hopper by emptying 50 pound bags of product
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
  • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot routine malfunctions to ensure high-quality goods are produced.
  • Accurately maintain records and documentation as required, notifying supervisors of any unusual problems or safety issues.
  • Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety, ensuring compliance with all operational protocols.

What's Needed?

  • Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions.
