Our client in Thorp, WI is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join their team on 1st and 2nd shift.
Job Title: Production Machine Operators
Location
Thorp, WIPay Range: $19:00 -$22.50/hr
Schedule:
1st- M- TH 5:00am-3:30pm with some OT Fridays
2nd-M-TH 3:25pm – 1:55am M-TH with some OT Fridays
What’s the Job?
- Read, understand, and follow production schedules
- Set up and adjust equipment
- Gather materials as needed
- Perform quality checks
- Operate motorized equipment (i.e. forklift, lifts, etc) as needed
- Perform minor preventative maintenance and operator care as required
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
What’s Needed?
- One-year experience in manufacturing setting
- Computer experience
- Use a Tape Measure, Caliper, hand and power tools
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to add and subtract fractions and whole numbers, convert fractions to decimals
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
