Maintenance Manager

Amazon seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead facilities, maintenance, and asset management in a fast-paced distribution and logistics environment. You will own preventive and corrective maintenance for conveyors, material-handling equipment, and building systems, maximizing uptime and safety. Partnering with operations and engineering, you’ll use data to prioritize work, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement. You will lead and develop a multi-shift maintenance team, manage vendors and budgets, and champion Amazon’s customer-obsessed, high-performance culture.
